Items will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground shipping. Parcels should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment date.  We are currently only shipping to areas located within certain jurisdictions in Canada ( British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec) and the continental United States.  All orders will be provided with a tracking number. If you wish to place an order outside said jurisdictions, please contact us directly via email or direct message through TikTok and Instagram. 

All sales are final.  We do NOT accept returns/refunds or exchanges If an item you purchased happens to not be within your style or liking. Customers have 48 hours from which they receive their items (confirmed by FED EX tracking info) to contact us about any issues regarding their purchases. After the 48 hour period we reserve the right to reject any refunds or exchanges. Refunds/ exchanges will only be issued under the following conditions;

1)  If the product does not arrive at your mailing address within 3 weeks of purchase date, you may request a refund or have another bottle sent to you. Onera INC. is not liable for lost goods after delivery. 

2) The product arrives damaged. If this happens to occur, please provide photos and a description of the damage that has occurred. This info can be sent to contact@onerafragrance.com, or through direct message via our TikTok and/or Instagram account These concerns will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

3) We do not offer any refunds/ returns for any Onera INC. products that are purchased through 3rd party distributors/ sellers. Please review said distributors return policies for further information.
